Shopping for a luxury Italian necktie or dress shirt:
Select any item you are interested in and add it to cart. When ready for check out, click check out in the shopping cart which will process you order over a secure connection. You can pay with any credit card, ApplePay or Paypal.

International Orders
For Most Western European Countries, Japan, Singapore and Australia/ New Zealand there is an option to pay for (potential) import duties/ taxes upfront at the checkout. We use Fedex for most of the shipments, and also here shipping cost have gone up significantly, but we offer a Fedex Envelop rate (USD $25) which is reasonable, the larger Fedex box option is available at a higher rate (USD $39 - $49). Fedex Priority shipping take 2-5 days to most countries (mentioned).
Most countries are serviced with our low new DHL (3-7 day delivery) rates.

Returns
Tiedeals has taking care of customers for 20+ years. Tiedeals offers a straight forward return policy:
- Returns are accepted until 30 days after purchase for a full refund (- shipping). All returns will be charged a $9 return fee.
- Email sales@tiedeals.com and mention the date of purchase, name and product to be returned.
- Tiedeals will email you a prepaid label (or you can use you own shipping method)
- Return the product(s) to Tiedeals RMA including a copy of your receipt and mentioned clearly "Refund", include all tags/ wraps etc.
- Returns are accepted until 30 days (until 90 days after purchase for a replacement/ store credit (- shipping/handling)).
- Email sales@tiedeals.com and mention the date of purchase, name and product to be replaced/ replacement.
- Tiedeals will email a pre-paid label to return the product and directly ship the replacement (at no extra charge).
Note:
I personally like to make sure that a common sense and easy return policy is in place, however I expect the customer to handle the merchandise with care and can not take responsibility for quality issues after the customers has worn the merchandise.
- A reason for return, for quality purposes only, will be appreciated
- Only returns are accepted when merchandise is returned in exactly the same state as purchased, including original tags/ box/ plastic when applicable
- No returns can be accepted when any of the merchandise has been worn
